Return Period

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Condition of Items for Exchange

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for an exchange.
Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error or defect on our side, we cover the return shipping.

For other reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
The refund amount will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
